  • Curtis is a conservative Republican businessman.
  • Founding President and CEO of Safe Foods Corporation, with headquarters in North Little Rock, AR until fall of 2009 when he retired from the Company to give his time and attention to state and national policy. Safe Foods Corp. provides food safety technologies to food processors and providers on four continents.
  • Chairman of The Institute for Constitution Policy in Little Rock, AR, an educational non-profit Arkansas corporation.
  • The syndicated “Coleman Commentary” was heard daily on multiple radio stations in Arkansas and Curtis is a regular guest on radio shows in Arkansas and regionally.
  • His policy blog, The New South Conservative, was followed in more than 50 countries.
  • Winner of the Arkansas Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2005.
  • During his tenure as CEO of Safe Foods Corporation, Curtis lectured regularly on team building and servant leadership for the University of Arkansas’ Sam M. Walton School of Business Center for Management and Executive Development.
  • Graduate of Conway High School and Central Baptist College in Conway, AR, Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia, AR, and studied in the Master of Divinity program at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX.
  • Married to Kathryn Rosenbaum Coleman.
  • Three children, Randi Mackey, Chris Coleman and J. J. Coleman, and eight grandchildren.
