    Thank you, Derrel.

The recent financial meltdown can unquestionably be traced back to the U.S. Congress when it passed the Community Reinvestment Act of 1977 which required banks and mortgage companies to make loans to people who could not afford to pay them back. The meltdown spiraled out-of-control from that point forward – yet more evidence that we’ve got too many people in Congress making the rules who’ve never played in the game.

  6. hah a couple of of the responses readers make are a little out there, every so often i ponder if they in reality read the posts and items before writing or whether they pretty much look at the subject of the blog post and pen the very first thing that drifts into their minds. at any rate, it is relaxing to browse sensible commentary from time to time instead of the identical, classic oppinion vomit which i almost always discover on the net
